We care about our items. That's why we always go the extra mile to deliver them to you in impeccable condition. However, sometimes items can get damaged during transport. Definitely unfortunate, but fortunately in those cases, your items are covered by our warranty.
Any product defects or delivery issues must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of the delivery date, including a description of the issue and two photos of the item. Item returns must be done in the original packaging and in the condition in which you received them.
The warranty does not apply if:
- The customer has performed any repairs and/or modifications on the delivered items or had them repaired and/or modified by a third party;
- The items delivered have been exposed to abnormal circumstances or are otherwise treated carelessly or contrary to the supplier’s instructions and/or to the instructions on the packaging;
- The damage is wholly or partly the result of regulations that the government has set or will set regarding the nature or quality of the materials used.
