If we cannot work it out together, you can submit a dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. From 15 February 2016, as a consumer in the EU, you can also register your complaint through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. You can only file your complaint through this platform as long as it is not being processed somewhere else.
